Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions are applied to all agreements that you enter with Diddi Camilla Nihlén Design AB 556655-0330
(hereinafter called Bud To Rose). 

By ordering you accept these terms and conditions.

Prices and Fees 

- Card payment 

You can pay with Mastercard, Visa or American Express through Klarna. No fees are added.

All information is encrypted with SSL – 128 bit. Normally all payments are reserved on your account within 24 hrs from order.
All transactions are made from the 3D-Secure technology.

- Invoicing

Invoicing and part payments will be made through KLARNA. (See below Klarna Invoice and Klarna Account for more information)

- Prices

All prices are in Swedish Krona (SEK) or in Euro. All items in the collection are including VAT and we reserve the right to change prices and are not liable for any error in price or that a product is sold out of stock. The price that is stated at the point of ordering is the prices that will apply through the entire purchase process.

Returns

We offer you a 30 day return policy.

A return or change of a product can be made provided that the goods are unused, all tags remain and that the packaging is undamaged

If you wish to take usage of the 30 day return policy, please return your goods properly packaged with order number and name. 

The (return) freight has to be paid by you.

Bud To Rose will repay the money or change your product within 7 working days after the receipt of your return.

Returns or Change of product:

1) Please return your goods properly packaged

2) Deliver your package to the post office and keep the receipt of your return from the post office.

Freight Charges In Sweden

A freight charge of 59 Sek will be added to orders below 499 SEK. Orders above 499 SEK will be shipped free of charge within Sweden.

Freight Charges Outside Sweden (Europe Only)

A freight charge of 10 Euro will be added to orders outside Sweden.

Non-delivered packages 

In case of non delivered package, you will be charged a fee of 250 Sek. or 25 Euro

Order Confirmation 

When you order goods from Bud To Rose an agreement of purchase is entered once the order is confirmed. When your order is placed an order confirmation will be sent through e-mail to your e-mail address given, to confirm the order. Orders are not valid if Bud To Rose cannot verify the delivery address given from you. There are several modes of payment to choose from. The mode of payment is selected when ordering in the checkout.

Claims on defect items

You have a 1 year warranty and a 3 year right to complain on all products. In case of complaint no freight charge or return freight will be charged. If you have received a defect item, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible webshop@budtorose.se

Complaints 

Bud To Rose has the responsibility for the product until you have received it. If you discover damage to the parcel before you open it, please contact customer service via webshop@budtorose.se or by phone +46 706 311810. If you suspect that an item is missing from the parcel, or that the seal is broken, the distribution centre should be notified/informed of this immediately.

KLARNA Invoice

When you pay through Klarna Invoice the invoice is processed securely and simply. You don’t have to specify your account details, and you always pay after you have received your ordered items at home.

• The goods will be received before you pay

• Payment terms - always 14 days

• No need to submit account details

• Always the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to the Swedish law of Distance and Door to Door Sales Act*

KLARNA Account 

The mode of payment for those who choose to pay monthly. Klarna Account  is more than just an account. Apart from always receiving your goods at home before you pay, all your purchases are gathered to one account. This applies even if you traded in a number of different shops through Klarna Account. This means a single invoice, irrespective the number of purchases.

• The goods will be received before you pay 

• Pay from SEK 50 per month or 1/24 of the total amount

• No need to submit account details

• All your purchases are gathered into one account and in one invoice 

• Buy now and pay at the end of next month 

• An administrative fee of SEK 29, irrespective of the number of purchases                                                       

• You can at anytime pay the entire amount all at once

GDPR 

Your personal data and information will be handled as written in the GDPR.

Refunds

Credit card

If you have paid with a debit card the returned amount will be automatically transferred to your account within 30 days. Please note that the amount will be transferred to the same debit card as used for the original order.

Invoice

By logging onto”My Pages” you can move the invoice’s due date forward by 10 days and you can also check when the return was registered by obtaining an updated version of your invoice. You can log onto by stating your e-mail address which was used during your purchase or your OCR/Invoice number and your personal identity number. If the return has not been registered close to the invoice due date, then please contact Klarna customer service for help and information.

Account

The invoice will be adjusted to your Klarna account. If you choose to return parts of your order the returned goods amount will be adjusted on the next invoice sent to you. Please note that we can only credit the returned goods value after we have received it at
Bud To Rose.

Disputes and choice of law 

Swedish law shall be applied to these general terms and conditions. In event of disputes we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
